Bass Coast College is committed to providing a comprehensive careers program. Students participate in a planned program of career education activities, and have access to appropriate support services, helping them to make well informed choices about their school learning and post school pathway.

All students in Year 9 will have the opportunity to explore their career pathways throughout Term 1 and 2, through the My Career Insights program https://www.ceav.vic.edu.au/my-career-insights/  and will receive is a Morrisby Profile Report showing possible jobs that match their abilities, interests and personality.

Students in Year 10 undertake a week of work experience in Term 2 each year, providing students with valuable insights into industry and the workplace.

Careers is a big focus at the senior campus where all students are provided with career counselling by the Year Level Coordination and Careers Team, before they chose their senior secondary subjects.
