Course Selection

Year 11 into 12 Transition

During Terms 3 and 4, Year 11 students will start the process of subject selections for 2025. All students will be emailed their EDVAL login code to complete subject selections online. Videos below will help assist with the step by step process.
 
Course confirmation will be conducted with students to complete the subject selection process.
 
Please see below timeline for the Year 11 into Year 12 transition for 2025.
 

Term 3

  • Week 1: Course presentations 
  • Week 1: Subject selections open to students on EDVAL 
  • Week 2: Subject selections due                                                 
  • Week 4: Course Confirmation & finalisation of subjects              
  • Week 10: Subjects to be confirmed late Term 3 or early Term 4
For high–achieving Year 11 students (A to A+ in all subjects) who have completed a Unit 3/4 sequence in a relevant study, there may be the opportunity to undertake a first year university subject. Successful completion leads to an increment in the ATAR score.For further information, see the VCE Coordinator or Pathways Coordinator

University Extension Studies 

For high-achieving Year 11 students (A to A+ in all subjects) who have completed a Unit 3/4 sequence in a relevant study, there may be the opportunity to undertake a first year university subject. How to select your Year 12 subjects

Students are emailed a unique EDVAL Code and link to log in, the selection process is thoughly presented to students at their year level assembly.
